May 29th, 2009 at 4:53 pmMy personal experience with my numerous cuban friends that have used the Internet in Cuba to communicate with me! Is that this is not a consistent policy in the country but rather a local policy that depends on individual establishments.
This is in fact a kind of tourist discrimination that I have also found in many other countries. The “tourist” is favoured as a customer in establishments that consider the tourist to be their main source of income.
