Kurhotel
This building literally stands out for its height amid the surrounding natural habitat. Its eight stories can be discerned from a distance in this mountainous terrain. Conceived as a hotel and health spa, the personnel on hand are specialized in medicine and nursing. The rooms afford a view of the Escambray Mountains and surrounding forests. One of the hotel's highlights is the artwork hung in its halls, of renowned Cuban painters of the 1980s, which makes it the largest gallery on the island.
