Hotel Villa Horizontes Tortuga complex is built right on the beach in Varadero and has all the facilities you could possibly ask for in a three star semi-economy hotel. The hotel boasts 13 individual Villas plus an adjacent Hotel section with 44 rooms and a second 9 module section with a further 181 hotel rooms, bringing a grand total of 225 to choose from.
